Amazing, attentive, accommodating, caring, flexible! Can't say enough great things about this practice. We are proud to have our daughter as your patient for the last 2.5 yrs of her journey!!

Dr. Meason and his staff were amazing while giving care to my daughter. We had previously been quoted that her treatment plan would take about 3 years to complete, but Dr. Meason looked at her teeth and determined the work that was previously discussed with another Orthodontist simply was unnecessary and her treatment was completed in less than a year and a half. She feels more confident with her new smile and can now chew without any issues. As far as scheduling goes, Sarah is a miracle worker. She is very polite, professional and understanding whenever changes needed to be made to an appointment. Could not have a better team working with my family. 10 out of 10 would recommend any and everyone to check out Dr. Meason and his team.

Following up with my husband review. I received a phone call from Sophia. She was explaining things to me and I asked for her to send me a break down. She had an attitude and when I asked for the manager she said she is the manager. She then told me she doesn’t understand why I don’t understand. the insurance policy has changed so I wanted a breakdown of all that has been paid. She then belittled me because I switched jobs and I keep changing insurance. I asked to talk to the owner and she told me he doesn’t take personal call. I asked for an email and she told me why would I give you that. I then told her I will go up there and wait to speak to the dentist and she told me I was threatening her and hung up on me again for the second time. She purposely misprounced my name after I told her 5x how to say it. All I want is a breakdown so I can see what I paid and insurance paid since I switched employers. She doesn’t have to belittle me because I was unsure what the insurance has paid. I’ve encounter a lot of people but she has by far the worst customer service and is very entitled. My contract was originally with the Frisco location which everyone was so nice. But every since they c

After a bad experience with another orthodontist, we were very skeptical and worried about choosing another place for my son to continue his phase 1 , braces journey. I am so very happy we chose OrthodonTex. Having someone available to help when we need them has been the best experience since the change. It's so nice to be greeted with smiles and pleasant technicians each and every time we visit. Nobody loves to have their teeth worked on, but it makes my son's whole day after being treated so special while he's there.

I couldn't have made a better decision when I chose Dr. Cohen for my daughter's orthodontic care! She's a bit nervous and anxious when it comes to dental stuff and she LOVES when it's time to go back. Dr. Cohen is so kind and gentle. He will make you feel very comfortable from the moment you meet him! His assistant, Emily, is awesome! She was so patient with my daughter when she had a bit of a meltdown while putting her braces on. Emily talked her through everything she was doing and BAM...braces were on in no time! When you call for an appointment, you will either get Brandy or Ashley on the phone. These girls are always cheerful and happy to help in any way. The office is fresh, fun, and up-to-date with all the ways to get your smile looking fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and his amazing staff!
